Publications and Brochures Available from CMAA

The following publications (books and brochures) are made available to the public by the Central Massachusetts Agency on Aging. Below please find brief descriptions of each item. Some items can be viewed online in their entirety while others cannot. Small quantities of publications may be mailed. Large numbers of publications may be picked up at the CMAA office.

"The Caregivers' Guide":
Provides information regarding coping strategies and helpful hints for caregivers, definitions of terms, and agencies that can provide assistance and relief for the caregiver of an elder. Free plus postage and handling.

Helping You At The Crossroads of Elder Care: Spanish Translation
The Central Mass Agency on Aging brochure provides information on how this agency plans to enhance the quality of life of area seniors and their caregivers, by providing Leadership, Information and Resources, Coordination of Services, and Advocacy. This mission is achieved by providing training and technical assistance, information and referral, advocacy and community coordination. Free plus postage and handling.

Senior Options for Higher Education Brochure:
Highlights colleges in Central Massachusetts that offer reduced/no fee programs for area elders. Free plus postage and handling.

You Don't Have to Go It Alone! Brochure: Provides information about the numerous interactive support services that can be found on our website by going to www.SeniorConnection.org and then clicking on Connection for Caregivers. It talks about the free informative interactive services available: live monthly support groups, free online classes, videos, articles by community experts.
