The Board of Directors of Central Massachusetts Agency on Aging is comprised of not more than seventeen or less than 12 men and women with the legal responsibilities of policy making and decision making on corporate matters, financial matters, and the appointment and evaluation of the executive Director. Members contribute their efforts to serve people over the age of sixty and their caregivers in our Service Area. Board members are elected by the agency's Board of Directors and are asked to serve not more than three three-year terms.
